An absolutely amazing experience
Laura is wonderful! She is incredibly knowlegable, insightful, honest, adaptable, approachable, caring, kind and empathic. Really !! My meeting was Laura was really poignant, she has a way of getting the point of what supports you without fuss or drama and in such a gentle way that its not till it all sinks in that you realise just how clever she is at “knowing” exactly what you need to take you forward. Prescription for life

The wisdom to transform our life
I met Laura a year ago, and I was just amazed by her way to explain the fundamental principle of Yoga and Ayurveda. Laura makes it accessible to everyone, she is encouraging for any progress. Laura is a guide, a mentor, a teacher that you want to follow because you become who you are. When I met Laura I had already 14 years of Yoga, several teacher trainings and I was still not at peace.
