“I loved, loved our Ayurveda classes.  All I am learning and how it is presented rings true.  Its as if Ayurveda is the missing piece of me.”

~ Donna

“I want t to express to you how profound of an impact this course has had on my life.  I read my first book on Ayurveda twelve years ago and since then have read and studied extensively and completed training/certifications with three different schools. However, I have never lived Ayurveda as I learned to do through your AIN course. Learning by direct experience, pratyaksha, my own understanding feels so much more deeply rooted, innate, cellular.

In the past, I had memorized the qualities and their relationship to the tastes, doshas, seasons, etc. Now, I feel these. When I wake up in the morning, I have learned to assess the qualities in my body and my environment. I ask myself how my digestion is, how I slept, what the quality of my energy is. I ask myself what I need. I assess my current state and respond. I look for patterns. Questions I once outsourced to literature, I now “insource” to my body, my soul, my mind.

I was reading about Carl Jung’s concept of the four primary emotions: scared, mad, sad, glad. I immediately saw this as vata, pitta, kapha, and balance. I am seeing Ayurveda everywhere and in everything.

~ Jess

I just wanted to say what a brilliant job you did. You are such an excellent speaker! You really connect to those listening. Your knowledge is deep and flows out so fluently! With appreciation!
~ Candace Badgett

“Thank you for your guidance. I know much will be learned by us all and I truly am delighted to journey with all of you.”

~ Angela Sarah

“Thank you Laura. I’m loving the Ayurveda.  It reminds me of the phrase “slow movement.” The preparation of the spice blends and the teas, for example, take time and it all reminds me to slow down and enjoy my time in the kitchen. We are such a fast-paced culture. Instant this and rapid that. Ayurveda is like a yin class for the digestive system instead of the ligaments and joints. Thank you for another lovely class. Looking forward to more.”
