On February 1, I am starting my own five day detox with ten unique recipes perfect for winter cleansing, and I want to share this with you. My recipes are delicious, hearty, and easy to make, with ingredients easy to source. This 10 for 10 Winter Cleanse also includes a meal plan, which you can adapt to a 3-day, 5-day or week-long cleanse, plus suggestions and recipes for teas and tonics. And, not only will you enjoy my Winter 10 for 10 recipes and meal plan, you will learn Ayurveda’s wisdom for the season, so you can reset and re-balance, and meet life with greater clarity, grace and energy.

This detox is gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free, with an anti-inflammatory profile. Still, it’s hearty and gentle so you can incorporate it into your daily life, as long as you prepare meals and snacks to take with you. It is potent, but gentler than most cleanses, so you shouldn’t have to suffer headaches, nausea, hunger, or fatigue.

Your 10 for 10 will be emailed to you on Saturday, January 30, or as soon as you signup any time after that. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by emails with WINTER tips for cleansing, balance and radiant health. Once the 10 recipes are emailed Saturday, I will stay connected with you by email with inspiration and suggestions to make your cleanse successful.
