Do you enjoy seeing patterns in life and nature as much as I do?
Like the 7 rays of light, 7 days of the week, 7 Archangels, the 7 heavenly bodies circling with us around the Sun (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn), etc…
Or the way 3’s replicate – in the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Trimurti of Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, the three-fold aspect of the soul as Sat-Chit-Ananda, the Gunas of Sattva, Rajas, Tamas, the Doshas Vata, Pitta, Kapha, even the mind-body-spirit of ancient and frontier edge modern medicine.
Or the way we see the five-fold form replicated – from flowers, to the structure of typical homes with its five primary corners, to the human body as Da Vinci demonstrated in his Vetruvian man…
There are more complex patterns too, like the mandalas we see in flowers, or the intricate floral pattern created by Venus and the earth’s revolution around the sun.
I love patterns because in them I see the unfolding of Creation. I see that we are like nature in all its beauty and majesty, and I feel myself at home in a great, gorgeous, beautifully orchestrated world (a reminder not to sweat the small stuff).
Ultimately, it’s a reminder that all of us are part of one great, universal, creative intelligence. Align with that, and life is just a dance of beauty, joy, abundance, and purpose.
