All accommodations are comfortable, spacious, clean, elegant and can be single or shared, 2 to a room, though I highly recommend single accommodation as the trip is 15 days and some of the Ayurveda treatments can go deep.

If you do choose to share accommodations, please let me know who you will share with. Otherwise, we reserve the right to put roommates together, as we see best, and will not be able to accommodate changes once the trip begins.

One exception is that the houseboats are shared accomodation only: Two to a room.

The First Week includes: Excursions, Transport, Visit to Spice Plantation, Tour Guides, Periyar Tour, Lunch with a Local Family, Cultural Program, Ayurveda Classes, Evening Cooking Classes, Yoga, Swimming, Resting, Shopping, 3 meals a day. Ayurveda treatments are also available at your own expense, and  you will have opportunities to explore, shop and or stop for coffee or chai at your own expense.

Our first week accommodations are elegant, artistic, rich in heritage and traditional but with modern comforts.

The Second Week includes: Daily Ayurveda Treatments, Doctor Visits, Three Meals a Day, Daily Yoga, Daily Ayurveda Classes, Herb Tour, Nature Walk, Temple Visi, Swimming, Resting, Meditating, Healing, all at a very beautiful location overlooking the Arabian Sea, with some of India’s top Ayurvedic doctors.
