This Point of Light Meditation comes from Swami Rama’s 61 Point Relaxation Exercise, which takes your awareness point by point around your body, both stimulating energy at these points and a gentle release.
It is wonderful for relaxation, stress release and healing as it brings your focus to the major energy points in the body. Some of these points are Chakras, and the other points are Marmas. Marmas are energy centers where three energy channels (Nadis) converge. This point of light exercise frees the circuitry so that prana can flow more freely.
