SEE WHAT OUR STUDENTS HAVE TO SAY:

“I loved, loved our Ayurveda classes.  All I am learning and how it is presented rings true.  Its as if Ayurveda is the missing piece of me.”

~ Donna

I just wanted to say what a brilliant job you did. You are such an excellent speaker! You really connect to those listening. Your knowledge is deep and flows out so fluently! With appreciation!
~ Candace Badgett

“Thank you for your guidance. I know much will be learned by us all and I truly am delighted to journey with all of you.”

~ Angela Sarah

“Thank you Laura. I’m loving the Ayurveda.  It reminds me of the phrase “slow movement.” The preparation of the spice blends and the teas, for example, take time and it all reminds me to slow down and enjoy my time in the kitchen. We are such a fast-paced culture. Instant this and rapid that. Ayurveda is like a yin class for the digestive system instead of the ligaments and joints. Thank you for another lovely class. Looking forward to more.”
~Sandra
